📦 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship? Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.
Do you plan to ship worldwide? We’re working on it! Bringing the fire to our international community is a top priority, and we hope to offer global shipping in the near future. Stay tuned to our socials for updates.
How long does shipping take? Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track it through your account page.

💎 Product & Materials

Will the jewelry turn my skin green? Never. We use high-grade 316L Stainless Steel and PVD Gold plating designed to be hypoallergenic and water-resistant.
How do I find my ring size? Check out our [Size Guide] (link your size guide page here) for a step-by-step tutorial on how to measure your finger or existing rings.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We want you to love your fit. We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.
Do you accept returns on body jewelry? For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on body jewelry (including earrings, nose rings, navel bars, etc.) once they have been shipped.
What if I have an issue with my body jewelry? Your satisfaction is our priority. If your body jewelry arrives damaged, has a defect, or if you have any other concerns, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to help make things right.
My item arrived damaged. Email us at firewearchat@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and your order number, and our team will get a replacement sorted for you. You can also contact us with the messaging option (chat message icon) in the bottom right corner of the site.
